Beautiful Lake in Bolivia

Lake Titicaca is located 50 km. In the city of La Paz, Bolivia. It is the second largest lake in South America in size, consisting of 8500 km.Cuadrados Bolivia divided in half and half in Peru. It is situated at 3800 meters above sea level …. And by extension looks like a true sea.
Its waters are a bit salty. It is one of the most beautiful and mysterious of America.
Its waters are crossed by different types of boats, of different sizes and also some typical boats made of reeds also called “totora horses.” was created in 1978 Lake Reserve Titicaca in order to preserve its flora and fauna.
The water in some places grow to 280 meters deep, depending on rainfall.
Within the lake’s 36 islands. Its population is largely indigenous, and keep the traditions of the Inca empire.
A beautiful place, those seeking peace and tranquility not to be missed this landscape. I was staying in the town of Copacabana (Bolivia) rather than in Puno (Peru) and it is cheaper and more beautiful. There are several trips to the Island of the Sun can only be up in the morning or afternoon, and q recominedo latter every corner of the island are a must. I could not spend the night there due to time but I have friends who have done it and recommend it, it should be noted that there is no water or electricity. In the southern part of the island to land on the south side we get people in the community who Yumani must be paid if I remember correctly 5 soles.
Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world, in the Bolivian highlands … This is how you see the lake from the town of Copacabana to the west of the La Paz. A place with contrasting landscapes and vegetation highlight interesting!
A wonderful place 3600 meters above sea level. It is the highest lake in the world’s largest and around it seems that time will not happen. You are not invaded or brand advertising and the boats are made as for hundreds of years. Worth it!
Lake Titicaca divides the countries of Bolivia and Peru, on a trip that I made throughout the Andean country, this was one of the most shocking for me, in front of Copacabana is the Sun Island where according to their beliefs, Viracoucha god of gods created the universe.
